Yes. As well as short stays, we let our apartments long term on leases of 12 months or more – a ready-made home for professionals relocating to Katowice.
The day before you arrive you receive directions with photos of every door along the way, in English and Polish, together with your access codes. The lift takes you from the garage straight to your floor. If the apartment is ready early, you check in before 3 pm at no charge. Should anything not work, Aleksander answers the phone at any hour.
Yes. Sokolska 30 Towers is a new complex with lifts and an underground garage, so there are no stairs to carry luggage up and your car stays in a private space beneath the building.
Sokolska 30 Towers is a residential building with quiet hours from 10 pm and modern windows, not a tenement beside the tram lines or the station. Bedrooms have blackout blinds, so sunrise won’t wake you.
Yes – the Skyline apartment comes with its own private parking space. Let us know you’re arriving by car and we’ll arrange the details before check-in.
